Doesn't quite reach the thrilling heights of the other vineyard designated sights; somewhat lean and fruits tilting towards the sour side. Fair length and fine acidity but I miss the punch and structure, usually associated with a Bedrock bottling.

Was afraid of the high ABV (14.9%), but there is a delicate touch that shows the terroir, quality fruit, and good winemaking.

Okay so my rating was too harsh but I can't change it. This is a solid 8. Carries some yeasty notes, lots of wood, and good American zin, nice and tasty.

The best of Bedrock & Carlisle. Great nose for a Zin. Almost a raspberry taste at the finish. The finish lasted for minutes. Too reasonable for a wine snob but perfect for me! Don Rohde
