Better than I expected, though I haven’t had much north fork cab franc. Quite seamless with some dark red berry and cherry. Finish is maybe a smidge thin but still a nice wine.

Much more appealing to me than some of the overripe entry Chinon I’ve been tasting. Still feels a little thin for a good year in 21, but I bet it opens a bit more tomorrow.
