開けたとたん、甘い香りが広がる。とても濃い赤、黒に近い。一口行くと、甘酸っぱい濃厚なワイン。想像通りというか、想像以上の濃厚さ。香りに独特な風味がある。
負けずに甘いシュトーレンと一緒に飲むと、程よい酸味が残る。
少し冷して見るといいかも知れない。
