A beaut! From the 80s. Not sure when it was disgorged. Bright citrus, chalky with a nice dose of nutty oxidation. Love it.

A M.V. wine from the 1980s from a co-op in Epernay called S.V.C. de Mardeuil. This was nearly perfect. Obviously nutty but with a nice balance of minerality, a hint of citrus and acidity. Really into this! Happy to have one bottle left.
