Rarer than rocking horse... Likely the only bottle in the US. Tasmanian 58% chard/ 42% PN blend from pipers river, lower & upper derwent. The inaugural release shows Intense fresh mushroom, auto lysis, honeycomb wax & savory brioche. Palate is mouthfilling w rich complex hazelnut, almond meal texture w a backbone of solid acidity.
