I wasn’t expecting much from such an inexpensive moscato, except maybe some casual sips in the summer heat. But it actually paired surprisingly nicely with a deliciously hot and spicy picnic dinner of buffalo-style cauliflower and a banh-mi-style tofu taco. The buttery fruity sweetness added a great balance to the acidic heat of all the chiles and peppers.
