Quarantine Day 10: I enjoyed this muscadet. Would pair so well with oysters or a grilled fish. High acidity and salinity really pierce the pallet. The nose is tough on this one. Maybe some green apple? Some pear? And maybe even some kind of flinty matchbook smell. It’s good.
