Distinctly reminiscent of the Golding 2011. I guess aged Adelaide Hills pinot really does have its own DNA. It’s a big change of gear from Giant Steps. Plummier and broader with a softer acid profile.

Jun 13th, 2019Evolving past its best now, I feel. Still a lovely wine, for sure, but the warm secondary characters are starting to take prominence and the prettiness on the nose is fading. Drink!

Apr 3rd, 2018Such a pretty nose. This wine always reminds me of autumn. Drinking very nicely now, with such softness yet depth. Some spice and sour cherry. Lovely.
