I know I got cheezy with this picture, but the wine deserve a special treatment. After all the altitude of the vineyard (1300 m) keeps this wine very lean on the fruit, tart cranberry and blackberry, deep red flowers, indian spices like turmeric , thyme/oregano, leather and...and...I should lay some bottles, it's young.

This wine is delicate with some lighter cranberry and floral notes, but pronounced acidity and spice give it a strong backbone that holds up well to heavier foods
