I respect the philosophy of the winemaker, but this is not the kind if wine without sulfite I would drink. Nose overwhelmed by cauliflower aroma, strong in alcohol even if the back labels only says 11,5% abv and quite short in the mouth.

Bright and funky. Acid galore. Sour happy saline. A wonderful natural wine with nuance galore.

Vignammare by Barraco picked by my sweetie because of the description "forest floor, dried cherries, rose petals" and he is a genius.
