Lots of mineral, acid, and almost salty. Huge ocean influence, almost smells like kelp, with hints of petrol. Super interesting, different, and super tasty.

I respect the philosophy of the winemaker, but this is not the kind if wine without sulfite I would drink. Nose overwhelmed by cauliflower aroma, strong in alcohol even if the back labels only says 11,5% abv and quite short in the mouth.
