Just getting to this after being open since 6/21. Great ‘10 acidity. Not a ton of complexity.

Classic Bordeaux profile with dried fruits and dried earth and faint cigarbox. Actually tasting quite delicious now but has many years to go!

Rich, dark fruit, plums, tobacco, game and spice. Drinking extremely well right now.

Dark, intense purple colour. String aroma of blackberry, dark fruit. A little bit of gamy, spice, oak and vanilla. Strong tanning of the palate, long finish. Still a long way to go!

This is 2nd for 5th Cru, Ch. Clerc Milon, which has been released since 2009. High density, deep red color, robust structure featured as Pauillac. It took more than one hour to open it, then enjoyed good fruity flavor and balanced taste with enough tannin and sweetness. But actually it would possibly be better to wait for more years. @1600, Xmouton, 161211-161217

Quite nice. Well balanced, elegant but complex. Prominent herbal traits. Definitely buy again. $25 for half bottle. Not a value. But worth it.

More 2 years waiting or more decanting (even in 09, my rating is low due to not enough decanting) would be better. A bit spicy characteristic. 2017 @, , 230609
