Etna Bianco comparative study. The family has been making wine maybe as long as Benanti. Carricante is true and vibrant. The evolutionary character is dimming. In retrospect, I'd drink this wine younger as I appreciated it more two years ago.

Without a doubt, the nastiest bottle of wine I've ever tasted. It was a if someone dumped an extra dirty martini into the bottle. Nothing but green olives.
