Continuing the theme of Napa cabs with some real age - out of a 375ml. Rattlesnake is always a show stopper with that unique cotton candy nose. At 16 years old it is just spectacular with leather, pencil lead and blueberry compote finishing with a little hoisin.

Took awhile to open up. A little disappointing at the start (for what I was expecting), but after about an hour was outstanding.
