Napa Valley Merlot

Lovely 2018, great blue and red fruit, coffee, bittersweet chocolate, menthol.

Haven’t had this in 9 months - blind tasted and thought it was taking on some cab-like characteristics.. Really enjoyable merlot.

Beautiful dark ruby color. Dark red fruits, mild oak and tannins. Medium finish. Excellent

So glad Merlot is making a strong comeback and this is a great example of why. Plush and juicy, with a jammy sweetness. Yummy. Don’t mind @Jeff Hennike and his display of affection. 😂

Bold, thick, inky, strong.

Soft, fruity and short. Good but not my favorite.
