Simple and fruity Nose of cherries, strawberries, licorice, vanilla, earth, wood and black pepper.
Medium-bodied with high acidity.
Fruity and tart on the palate with plums, cherries, currants, oak, licorice, black pepper and spices.
Medium plus in length in the finish, with soft tannins and tart cherries.
This Kosher, Israeli Cabernet, is Drinkable, yet very simple. Not complex nor balanced. It's just is, but I've had many worst, and this is not offensive at all.
Grapes are grown in the northern Galilee appellation, and aged in French oak barrels for 20 months.
14% alcohol by volume.
