Beautiful !!! This will be Chateau Musar of Syria one day . Stunning wines , a little too much oak for personal taste but fruit quality and complexity . Spices , dark fruits and not stewed fruits !

Didn’t love the wine but how often do you get to try wine from grapes grown in Syria? Slightly modern for my taste - even at 8 years, the oak is a bit overpowering. But reading their story you have to give them a lot of credit for pushing through to make this. Had with a wonderful meal at Damas in Montreal.

Most dangerous vienyard in the world makes this. Great restrained tannins. Good wood, vanilla ice cream. Froooooots

First wine from Syria I've ever tried. Interesting and different. Bit too acidic with a flat finish. #2GU #MiniWineReview
