Mas Vida Cava Brut Macabeo-Xarel-lo-Parellada

Clear straw yellow color with small bubbles, light citrus fruit nose. The palate shows lively acidity and tart Apple and citrus flavors. The wine has earthy tones and minerality on the finish. Ok but better Cava's out there similarly priced.

Stony, dirt dry, with a hint of apple butter on toast. Great mimosa juice.
