Incredible acidity will have this wine holding on in the the cellar for years. Right now that acidity helps the flavors linger. White flowers, pears, and slate nose carry to the palate along with yellow apple skin and linalool. Delicious!

Nice smooth wine, little bitterness like the rind of orange. Nicely balanced.
