Hard to find details on this, looks like it's got cab sav, merlot, and Sangiovese. Aroma and taste of old oak, tobacco, tar, kind of drowns out most of the remaining fruit, although there's still a little. Color is still a nice dark ruby, not really any signs of age on the edge., and it's somewhat transparent. Tannins still apparent but not much mid-palate and it lacks acidity, interesting to try, but not something I'd want to drink again. Probably would not have enjoyed this any more if I'd had a chance to drink it earlier. It seems like it's in decent shape otherwise.
