Jun 8th, 2015Well a few days back I tasted 2010 Ballycroft Small Berry American Oak Shiraz, so tonite was the French Oak test. Clearly as with the American Oak the wine has fantastic balance the fruit is there but it is not the main attraction. I have to admit it is not as approachable as the American but loads of potential. Not bad with braised Angas short rib. #ballycroft #shiraz #ladolcevita
