This Chardonnay is a pleaser- yellow apples, hints of lees, spring blossoms, a light citrus overtone and even some minerality.
Great texture- starts silky on the tongue then crunchiness fills the mouth then recedes just the right amount to leave enduring flavors of lemon, tart wild apples, chamomile, and mineral.

Sep 29th, 2022Starts with a delicate smell of yellow pear and mineral but go deeper and the oak really overpowers.
It's ok, a bit watery, finishes pretty well though and the acidity keeps it refreshing. It's the pinot grigio of chardonnay
