Dusty minerality with a prickly palate. Very good wine.

Melon, mandarine peel, saline, and big ginger notes. Rich but so much freshness

Melon flavor and aroma, viscous and so enjoyable. Couldn't drink enough. Love "prickly" as a description of the petillant naturel style.

Nose of petrol, rose petal, dusty, sarsaparilla, lime, apricots, green apple, nectarines. Tastes of limes, pear, apple, almonds & distinct minerality that lingers of licorice. Bright acid, long finish. Balanced!

Skillfully made. Excellent example of the variety in a cool climate.
