Bajola Ischia White Blend

This is impressive. I'd say that it's the most complete "natural" wine I've ever tasted. Great complexity and clean tasting with only the slightest home of the funk associated with the long skin contact whites. Very good indeed.

Had at Trattoria iL Locofare with Sebastiano, Diamanté, and Mario. One of the first 9.5 and higher wines we’ve ever had at a restaurant.

As good as it gets as far as skin contacts goes for my pallette. This Ischian gem is a must. Cannot recomnend it enough.

Waxy and pithy and fun

Fantastic orange wine. Kind of has a lemon verbena wax candle thing happening. Very lovely.

totally weird and wild - almost like a spanish cider

Skin contact fermented white is really doing me right this summer.
