Continuing on with our seafood and white wine pairings for Easter. Next up we have the Baily Baily Venture Clare Valley Riesling from Dan Murphy’s ($10) matched with a Vietnamese Prawn & Rice Noodle Salad. I loaded it with chilli and it still went brilliant with the Riesling 🥂🌶
It’s a lemon yellow shade on the eye with lime, honey blossom and Grammy smith apples on the nose. In the mouth it’s über refreshing with crisp acidity and it has a rather creamy fruity texture.
