Cherries, green bell pepper, jalapeño skin, mint, oolong tea, crushed rocks, flint. Awesome on the palette. The fruit is vibrant, great acidity, and light notes of toast and vanilla.

Light wine that's very acidic in its introduction, but transitions to a bold metallic climax and abruptly comes to an ashy, almost graphite finish. It's everything you'd expect from a great Cabernet Franc, even if this varietal is generally not my favorite.
