Super salty
I don't recall another Italian white as Chablis-like as this
It talks of the land rather than of the grape..which i personally like
Very enjoyable

Simple, citrussy with mineral vein
It does the job perfectly and i am curious to see what happens in a few months
It's long, satisfying and disappears super quick

I find this wine to be very interesting given that it is an ancestral grape from the island of #Sicily (#Grillo) and a winery that I had never heard of before, but it’s quite high acid and crisper than I imagined. I wouldn’t recommend it as a sipper or first glass but much rather something to pair with something citric or sharp.

Pale Lemon in colour. Notes of peach and lime. Young and acidic but it came together with the seafood and pasta. Pretty good and from the local area here. Used to make Marsala back in the day which has dropped off in popularity markedly.

Excellent Grillo, with an apple and melon nose! Definitely my favorite grillo so far!

Crisp Grillo with added minerality and a longer than usual finish. Definitely good and above the mark for Grillo wines but not unforgettable.

Floral, citrus, peach. Green apple after notes. Missing pear per tasting notes.

Exceptional winexperience!) Freshness, delicacy, persistence, balance and performace - all in one to form Lalùci!

Garment of light gold with tiny green hues.
Fantastic bouquet of summer flowers with sage and thyme hints organically turns to peach, lime, apple and even melon, with touch of minerality.
Palate shows intense and refreshing yet very pleasant acidity; aromas of lemon, pear, capers slowly evolves to citrus and minarality on the finish.
Perfect pairing to grilled amberjack (ricciola) and pasta marinara.
Great wine, no doubts
