Apr 24th, 2017I am not a big fan of Vin Santo so I was pleasantly surprised with this 2009. Sweet but not cloying with refreshing acidity and a light mouthfeel. The blend of Trebbiano, Malvasia and Colombana gives a nice nuttiness and generous apricot and almond on the nose.
