Started off a bit sour. Now, it smells like an open face roast beef sandwich. Seriously. Black cherry on the palette, earth, grape koolaid. Weird, but good.

Light to the point of missing flavor, however very smooth with a typical chianti finish. Not sure if it's supposed to be enjoyed in its youth or if longer storage would give it that missing flavor.
