An epic Chardonnay. On the nose - peach, honeysuckle, almond. On the palate - like peach & almond pastry or crème brûlée. Honey, white florals, peach & almond. Incredibly balanced acidity and minerality. Power and elegance in one package. Took a while to open up.

Very fine Ontario Chardonnay- tart but with a hint of oak and salinity/minerality. Very pale colour, subdued but intriguing aromas, a bit of toasty oak. Refined and subtle, worth the attention. Got from vintages online shop for about $40
