This was a gift and will suffice as a Vino di Tavola - dark purple/inky almost opaque w/ bramble fruit nose - light-ish on palate with some acidity but a bit flabby. Unlike many Nero’s I’ve tasted, lacked depth, complexity and cohesiveness but it’s probably entry level (gift wine) - quaffed OK
