What a treat, this is a bottling “Viterosa” and it was fantastic! This grape is made for seafood & seaside sipping- great salinity and minerality along w/an herbaceous tinted lemony aromas & flavor. Decent weight & cut, strong acidic backbone and persistent finish. Paired w/mahi mahi, grits & homemade slaw
