On the nose there’s underripe red fruit, roasted red bell peppers, pencil lead and earth. Lively and racy on the palate with medium tannin and high acid. True to type CF but with a different spin. Well matched to a midweek pot roast.

Typical Cab Franc bell pepper notes along with tobacco, dark cherry, plum, toffee, cranberry, and oak. Bright and tart with lots of fruit, but also buttery smooth. Medium tannins, medium alcohol, and medium plus to high acid. Should be a good match with tomato based sauces, but also a nice sipper for medium cheese and sliced meats.

100% Cabernet Franc which is stainless steel fermented and aged for 6 months. Intense red ruby color with a rich, persistent bouquet with intense hints of jam. Light on the palate with good acidity.
