Particularly virile, full-throttle normale wine for this producer. With the quality of the harvest apparently outstanding at Ronchi, I’m particularly anxious to taste the cru bottling when it becomes available.

nice sharp nose and a strong finish. Bold a bit sharp, yet enjoyable. expect this will just get better with age.

This came out of the bottle strong on the nose and tight. But a quick decant and a bit of of time in the glass brought out the bright cherry and mineral. Hell of a wine, and value.
