Bottle tasted in January 2015.
Color: rich purple.
Nose: green, chlorophyll and a little root.
Taste: very tannic, a little bit of green capsicum.
Not my favorite.

An unusual flavored wine, full of earth, leather, and a strong pepper finish. Made from the rare grape Uva Longanesi. The flavor is not for the unadventurous, since the flavors are unlike other wines. But for those who seek the unusual, it’s a nice choice.
