Collio Ribolla Gialla

So @Delectable Wine this is a Ribolla Gialla from the Collio - well done w/some bottle age, darkened & fattened up nicely. Not super aromatic but did have some orchard fruit, florals & citrus. Silky on palate but still zippy acidity. Honeyed quality to the fruit and decently persistent finish.

寝かせていたからか穏やかな酸にミネラル。
適度な果実味。
少し温度が上がってきた方が表情豊か。
桃、花、ナッツ、オイリー、ハーブ。
下仁田ネギの半熟目玉焼きのせにピッタリ、塩煮豚にぴったり。
上質感もあるのに、合わせられる料理の幅がひろそうなのも○
