The nose is amazing. Rich dark fruits and leather. Took an hour and half to open up after a decant.

Lovely once it opened up. Had with branzino and black truffle/ricotta mezzaluna pasta. Pairing wasn't the best (no fault to the wine) but would certainly order again. Thinking it might be a nice match to grilled meats, maybe pork?
