Flavorful and texturally stunning. Not your typical Tuscan Sangiovese. There's a savory quality that blows my goddamn mind. Spectacular pizza wine.

Light, refreshing and really pretty Sangiovese to drink with a chill. Rose petals and just enough complexity for interesting drinking. Not sure I’d age this; a bit microbial after a few days in the fridge.

Oct 24th, 2016Such a baby, but so much potential! Pure Sangiovese aged in amphora (or tinaja, thus the name) it has purity of fruit balanced by rich texture and soul. Will age very well if you have the patience!

Killer old-school Sangiovese. Towering structure, though plateaued early and fell off with a bit of air, which is concerning with a wine this young. Still, really pretty and pure.
