Credamora Prosecco di Valdobbiadene

This is a classic example of a Col Fondo Prosecco - made in the classic Champagne method with second fermentation in the bottle and not disgorged - the lees remain in the bottle (fondo=lees). Crisp, we'll balanced acidity and deep flavor. Lemon and pear. Brut, excellent quality with much more flavor than a standard Prosecco

Drink Prosecco within a year. Wines with no SO2 don't age. Lies, all lies!

Cloudy, pale. Fresh, lemony, brown pear. Yeastiness, earth and very dry finish and soft bubbles.

Delicious atypical-tasting and dry Prosecco. Underwent a second fermentation and wasn’t filtered. Almost felt like a beer.

Very nice not too fruity

Harsh texture up front. Green apple taste. I wish it had a tiny but more flavor. Really fin to drink.
