Felicebianco Trebbiano Blend

An amazing wine that we paired with a 7 course meal at ristorante hydra in Salerno, Italy. It was a unique pairing with each course. Lots of Brett notes, funky florals and intense fruits (mango and cantaloupe). Smells like a Belgian saison. The only pairings that it missed were with beef cheek and the chocolate hazelnut dessert. Very reasonably priced at the restaurant and a wine I’ll be thinking about for years to come.
