Wow!! Insane nose. Big and I mean massive caramel and intermingled with dead leaves. Gorgeous spice. Wowza spice. Man this is an aroma to be reckoned with. So deep and so expansive and explosive. Apricot. Fresh yet deep and big time hedonistic. Wow, what viscosity. OMG this is so rich and yet so fresh. This has Bergman “scenes from a marriage” tension! Wow. This is tense! So long, exotic and opulent. What a finish. This is a joy to drink. Stunning. Crazy. Just crazy.

Nose of white raisins, caramel spices, marmalade, really clean. Super expressive and deep. Palate has crystalline texture, icing on a cake texture, superb freshness and stunning decadent sweetness that is cut by the acids and freshness and there is a even a hint of dryness on the finish from minerality. Ok, this is worth getting exciting about. Erbaluce is so good for sweet wines as the acid is bonkers. Awesome inner mouth aromas and vibrant peaches and other fleshy ripe stone fruits. Also raisins and caramel all anchored by the most ridiculous freshness. Epic. Just incredible.

What a color. The famous 2003 vintage. What a nose. Sick. Roasted nuts. Orange citrusy jelly. Tons of spice and airy sea breeze like minerals. Expansive minerals. Like super super expansive. Wow. What a sick nose. This is elite. 9.6 nose. This would cost so much more if this wasn’t Erbaluce from Bramaterra. There is an exotic liqueur element as well but so restrained. So so restrained. But there. I could go on but the palate. We gotta talk about the palate. Elite! Ethereal. Stunning richness and so elegant and light yet rich. Sticky like the Aussies say but also so mineral and fresh. It has freshness from the unique Erbaluce minerality. Long. Grilled apricots. Baked apples, caramel, peaches. So so complex. So energetic and linear. This is terrific.

This is insane. What a nose. Dried apricots, sea breeze, orange zest, orange citrus jellied flesh. Amazing detailed nuttiness. So complex. Wow! Is that soy? Yes it is. Hoisin as well. I can’t place the nuts but they are so brilliantly realized. I swear there is a Chinese food thing going on in the nose here but it works! Wow. Rich. Decadent. Not shy. Amazing texture. Just enough acidity and so long. Flavors or apricot, grilled nuts, citrus jelly, and superbly mineral and complex. So airy in the finish with bits of caramel and charred orange rind. Viscous but also fresh and textured. Gets longer as it airs out.

Big, ripe nose with a hint of oxidation. Grilled nuts, figs, caramel, sweet burnt orange rind. So fine. White chocolate as well. Palate is juicy and so crisp with rich caramel decadence and sweet caramelized citrus. Long finish and terrific freshness. Outrageous. So opulent and incisive.
