A beautiful Barbera from one of my favorite producers. Frederico will tell you that his father only let him apprentice on Barbera before graduating to the Nebbiolo vines and as such, his Barbera "Superiore" holds a special place in his heart. I can taste why. A beautiful balance of red fruit and acidity. Also an age worthy Barbera.
