Franciacorta DOCG, 13%. Bottle tasted in May 2014. From Pinot Noir grapes, prests 30 months on the yeasts, pas dosé. Beautiful rich color, and intense nose with scents of bread crust, yeasts, and a little citrus. In the mouth is powerful, but elegant too, with excellent persistence and a really good aftertaste. 87/100

Really well put together - lovely light golden colour, full bodied but not lacking in elegance. Touch of yeast works nicely with the core citrus tones.
