Made from the Marzemino grape variety.
Brilliant color, an elegant wine.
Aged for 12 months in large oak and cherry barrels. It presents itself with an impenetrable ruby color, and expresses aromas of blackberries and black cherries, tobacco, cloves and cocoa powder, revealing a well-structured and opulent sip, with smooth tannins, enlivened on the finish by a persistent balsamic trail.

May 8th, 2024Marzamino. It was very hot outside still at 10:30pm and the wine was darker and fleshier than we were expecting. Not intended to be a chillable red, but ice cubes went into our glasses.
