Light gold in the glass belies its youth. Restrained nose. Pigato varietal is an interesting blend of sauv blanc fruitiness and chard richness. Hard to pin down a flavor profile. Many say it has a salinity and citrus quality. To me what stands out is a rich, slightly saline lemon-almond quality. $20@ Ferry Building Wine Merchant
