アセロラと塩味。開いてくると薔薇っぽい香りも。
饒舌に語りかけてくるのではなく、素朴で大人しい感じだけど。
点数以上に、また、ふと飲んでみたくなるワインだと思う。

Different - definitely a food wine. Grippy tannins, relatively light bodied, high acid, kind of a cherry cola note to the palate. Some funk/gaminess. Not super complex but would be good with a snack.

Not really what I expected but not bad...lots of citrus peel but too floral to pair with Grecian swordfish.
