This one was fun. Orange rinds and preserved lemon with jasmine on the nose. Natty that tasted better the second day after some of the funk blew off.

Skin-fermented Malvasia. Tannins had some bite, which paired amazingly with sushi. A bit of permanent marker and orange. Delicious.

Amazing orange, with lots of tea and acidity. A near perfect and balanced expression.

Took a while to get going, but moved from distracting funk to show some personality. Cloudy, cider-like, and dry. Interesting enough for their entry-level wine. Day 2: totally different wine: bright, floral, minimal brett.
