Definitely much better after a day of opening up. Little harsh at first blush but mellows into some chewy fig and light cooked fruit flavors. Round finish and the nose a bit like green persimmons or younger unripe fruit which was really different.

Cordella Brunello Di Montalcino DOCG 2015: Medium body. Elegant Balance. Gentle acidity. Fantastic garnet red color. Strawberry. Cherry. Tobacco. Leather. Earth. Oak. Heavenly smooth finish. Really glad I am sitting on a few more bottles for the future! Cheers🍷
