Mar 31st, 2025No formal notes. Some dolcettos are fun loving, gum chewing kids; this is decidedly not, more like a middle aged professional going out for a joy ride. Which is to say: more emphasis on the black fruited, darker dimensions of this varietal. . Still more about the fruit & grip, absolutely feather like tannins if any, & joyful.
