Vigna Bria Roero Arneis

This was really nice! I thought it was going to be too old so I just planned to cook with it but when I opened it for cooking, I took a taste and it was good! Ripe stone fruits, still acidic, a bit of minerality, pretty balanced, and quite a bit of depth, perhaps from old age. It was a nice surprise! #arneis #roeroarneis #vino #italia #dogsofdelectable
